Hello Friends , Today I was so fortunate to meet and speak with Jen Gotch Founder & Creative Director of  Ban.do.  I had a fifteen minute session with her and was able to ask her anything. Jen is so kind,creative and savvy , did I forget to  mention she has a rocking office with hot pink chairs!!! :) Love those chairs!  The minute I arrived the whole office space is lit up with creative things everywhere( pictures listed above). The one thing that she said that really stuck with me was " Stay True to Your Vision"! For me because I want to start my own business this piece of advice will really stay in my heart !  Thank you Jen and Thank you Ban.do staff for the awesome Pink Day! 

Love is an interesting feeling.  It can melt away anger , fear, anxiety, frustration and the list goes on and on. I don't think that love is something that does not come with responsibility though. However love can make you see things from a different angle.  In life you have many people whom you Love, and if you don't have anyone that you love then try it , you will be amazed at how beautiful of a feeling it is👄💋💔💓💖🐡🐌🐪🐫🐯🐆🐥💛🐤🐣🐢🐦🐦💚🍏🍏🍬🍹🐋💙🐟🐳🍆🍇🍆💜💜

Following your dreams is more then just theory. If you really always cherish something in your heart one day it will come to fruition if you just take some sort of action. I am here to tell you that I always dreamed of having my own skin care line and now I am doing something toward that dream.  Taking action for me doesn't usually happen when I am comfortable at my day job and living well or have a good cushion of financial security in the bank. What happened for me was I had a push from the universe and that is what inspired me to change my lifestyle and start taking action toward my dream. Hold on to it whatever it is in your heart and remember dreams + action = your reality!

It's important to feel victorious each day. By the time you rest your head on your pillow you should ask yourself" do I feel like I won today? ".If you feel like you didn't , just make a determination that you will win tomorrow!  Good nite!

Today I realized that you can do it all !! Why limit ourselves to only half the joy that we can experience💗💗💗 💜 I think that it is important to fully enjoy all life has to offer , but not at the expense of another's happiness! So go out and have fun ,the universe has unlimited  amounts of possibilities! Enjoy life with others 💗💗💗✌✌✌😃😄

The world is full of opportunities all we have to do is decide to blaze a path forward. It only takes one person to make a change in the world. Blaze a path where none existed before and open up new horizons for the generations behind us!  Oprah said it best in her commencement speech to Harvard graduates " what the world needs is people who are alive , and are willing to max out their capacity."Today is a new day so make it count! !!!!!!! I have been married for 3 years to the most amazing supportive husband in the galaxy! The one thing I have noticed is that anything in life that you are serious about requires dedication. There are many ups and downs in life and in order to see things through that you care about to the end you must be dedicated. This is not a forced feeling but rather something that is inherent in your life and heart!

Today I want to share from my heart about what I have learned recently regarding situations involving relationships with people that cause you to suffer and I am gonna keep it Real! I am sure if you ask yourself if there is someone in your environment that you absolutely can not stand right now ,the answer maybe yes and it maybe no. But if your answer was yes then the next question should be this: what can you do to turn that situation around. If you would have asked me this question about 15 years ago I would have loudly said" It is the other person that needs to transform their attitude not me!" But that never worked out for me . So when I started to practice Buddhism about 15 years ago one of the revolutionary concepts that grabbed my attention was I could transform any situation in my environment that was causing me to suffer by  taking full responsibility first and having a shift in my own inner state of life. Day 2: Reaching out to people in the field that you want to be in and asking for their valuable experience and advise......... I recently reached out to my favorite blogger and asked her what she thinks was the reasons for her success and what advice could she offer me starting out. Her response was so warm, clear and to the point. This really has helped me in creating a vision and action plan for my blogging. Wanted to share this to anyone who maybe stuck with the idea and dream in their head to actually taking some sort of action because you are overwhelmed where to start. That's where I was !!!! I am sure that you have all heard the saying that if you fall down and can push yourself up off the ground again then you are already half way to Victory!  The real battle is not what happens to you in life but your attitude when confronted with real challenges :) My life has done a 360 in the past 2 weeks in a way that I never expected . The universe is so compassionate that it gave me exactly what I needed in order to grow and transform the areas of my life that were keeping me from becoming absolutely happy !  I lost my job!!! And we were given our 60 day notice to move out of our place!!!!  OK Universe bring it on!!! We are going to show tremendous actual proof of victory !!!!Watch us!!!  My dream of making my own makeup skincare line has resurfaced since both of these things have happened.  I had convinced myself that there was no way I was going to do this, not working a job and volunteering my time and excuses, excuses, excuses.... ...
